It’s Contest Time Again!

Ordinary Hero is a non-profit organization that helps adoptive families and those going on missions trips fundraise.  They have just added new items to their store. Please check them out! The last time OH held a grant contest, the top three winners sold over $1000 in merchandise each. In order to be in the running, we need all the support we can get.

Here are the basics:


40% of each purchase goes to our adoption expenses. The money is sent directly to our adoption agency.



In order for us to get credit, choose my name from the affiliate drop-down box at check out.



If you don’t want to buy any merchandise, you could always choose one of the donation packages for children in Africa, including a sheep or a donkey!



The contest starts today (Friday) and runs until Sunday, August 28th at 11:59 PM.

We’d really like to have a fighting chance. We know it is hard for people to get excited about our adoption when we aren’t even matched yet. But, we are doing our best to get prepared. We’re currently working on Goal #2 – Birth Mother Expenses. We are $2,360 from that goal. This grant contest could really put a dent in that amount!

This wait is really hard because there is nothing for us to do but wait. We could really use some encouragement right now!
